Xuzhou Xinlu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., an explorer in slipform paving industry of China, started in Xuzhou, the "City of Construction Machinery in China", in 2012. In 2019, the "medium and large width slipform paver" was supported by the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China as a key scientific and technological project in the transportation industry. In 2022, it was recognized as a national "high-tech enterprise", and NC1300 series products were rated as municipal high-end equipment, "new technologies and new products". In 2023, it was rated as one of the "Top Ten Scientific and Technological Innovation Enterprises" by the CPC Quanshan District Committee and District Government.
The Company is located in the equipment manufacturing cluster of Liuxin Town, Huaihai International Port District, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 110 mu. It has standardized industrial plants, R&D and test centers, and comprehensive office and living areas, and has the production organization and processing and manufacturing capacity of more than 300 sets of high-end cement concrete slipform pavers per year. The main products are NC series lateral cement concrete slipform pavers as well as NR series mid-set cement concrete slipform pavers and supporting equipment. It provides the users with a complete set of solutions, and researching, developing, and promoting new infrastructure materials.
The Company has passed the certification of ISO9001 quality management system and ISO18001 occupational health and safety management system. It has established long-term cooperative relations with Chang'an University, China University of Mining and Technology, Jiangsu Normal University, and other domestic "double tops" universities, set up a cement concrete slipform paving scientific research workstation, deeply engaged in the fields of cement concrete road equipment and new infrastructure materials, and has more than 30 patents. The group standard of Construction Specification for Slipform Paving of Multi-functional Curb Structures, which was formulated under the leadership of the Company in 2022, has been released and implemented.
After more than ten years of dedicated development, the Company has made remarkable achievements in the industry. The Karachi–Lahore Motorway Project in Pakistan, in which the Company participated, was praised by the Pakistani government and domestic and foreign experts, and was awarded as the "Outstanding Project of Green Supply Chain Management of International Engineering". Our products sell well nationwide, showing a high attendance rate in high-altitude, high-temperature, and high-humidity areas, and are generally praised by customers. At present, the domestic market share exceeds 30%, ranking first among domestic peers.
